Very pleasant staff. Very striking design of the rooms.
Very expensive extras - E.G. for two sandwiches and two glasses of wine 100 euros! Crazy lighting scheme in the rooms which needed an owner's manual to operate.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was an unforgettable experience. The impeccable service was the highlight of my stay. The concierge was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, arranging tours, tickets to museums, and dinner reservations that exceeded my expectations. The stunningly decorated rooms were equipped with exclusive amenities such as in-mirror TVs and all-mirror bathrooms. The exceptional breakfast buffet was a true feast for the senses. The Italian restaurant is Michelin-starred and the food was absolutely delicious. The doormen were always available, welcoming and assisted me with luggage and transportation.
I wish there were more dining options available for guests. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday, limiting our options to the more crowded and noisy Nobu Matsuhisa restaurant.

The service provided by the hotel staff exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the Front Desk Team, the Guest Relations Team as well as the Concierge Team.
There is no provision of tea-making facilities in the rooms but a kettle and cups were supplied promptly upon request.

Airport transport fees practiced for hotel limos are unbelievably high and unjustified compared to other hotels and cities. Almost double more than everywhere else.

Celebrating Christmas in this hotel was fantastic. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the little touches, like the festive décor and the hot chocolate and cookies offered in the lobby. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the main shopping area and attractions. We were also impressed with the variety of amenities, such as the spa and fitness center, which added to our overall experience.
The noise levels in our room were quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times. the room temperature was not adjustable, and it often became too hot or too cold, which affected our comfort.

On arrival at the hotel the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The whole hotel, decor and rooms are just amazing - beautiful and elegant. Even though there was a high occupancy rate at the time we stayed there, the hotel felt private and was rarely packed in the public areas.
It would be good to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.
